Delivery times

Transit times are in the range of 3 to 5 days for shipments withing European Union, and up to 10 days maximun for other destinations.

Once your order has been shipped, you wil receive an email notifying that the package has been given to the courier.

Return and exchange policy

Upon receiveing the original package, please save the invoice, packaging, manuals, box, bags, products and accessories.

Customers have 14 days from the day of delivery to return undamaged merchandise for a refund or an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an error processing the order.

To return your purchase or request an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure, products are unused, in the original condition it was sold, including, but not limited to, their boxes and all supporting and protective parts.

  2. Contact our customer service to request a "Return Authorization Number" and return shipment instructions. Plase, provide the following information:

    • Order number.
    • Product or products being returned/exchanged.
    • Quantity of each product being returned/exchanged.
    • A reason for the return/exchange. In the case of an exchange, the item or items that want to be changed for.
  3. Bundle all products to be sent back to us in the original packaging. If you do not have it or it is damaged, please notify to our customer service.

  4. Follow the return shipment instructions.

We cannot accept returned products without a "Return Authorization Number".

Returns will be processed after we have inspected items and verified they are unused, in their original condition.

NSP reserves the right to approve or refuse all returns and/or exhanges.

Returning damaged products

If you receive a product that is damaged, do not throw away or alter any part of the product and its packaging.

Please, initiate a return authorization request as described previously within 5 business days after receiving the package.

Damaged products will be inspected to verify that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause.

NSP will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded.
